Ingredients
1½ Tablespoon onion powder
1½ Tablespoon garlic powder
2 Tsp thyme
½ Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tsp cinnamon
½ Tsp ground ginger (optional)
½ tablespoon ground allspice
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
½ Tablespoon ground nutmeg
2 Tablespoons brown sugar (I use coconut sugar)
2 Tsp bouillon powder
2 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 Tsp salt Start with 1 tsp. Add more if needed.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients.
Tips
If you don’t like spicy things, omit the cayenne pepper.
If smokey isn’t your jam, use sweet paprika instead.
